Corbel and Bracket Installation
Our wood corbels, brackets and buttresses can be used for added support on countertops, shelves and wall treatments. The polymer corbels and brackets are for decoration only and have limited support strength. When using corbels and brackets for support, they must be securely attached by fasteners to your wall studs or cabinet frame. When used for decoration only, the corbels and brackets may be attached with a panel adhesive.

Our wood corbels are available in a variety of sized and styles, from elegant carved wood corbels to traditional wooden corbel patterns. Wood corbels compliment cabinets, mantels, countertops and shelves.

We use only select hardwoods for our wood corbels and wooden brackets. Our wood choices include birch, maple, oak, poplar, cherry and mahogany. We suggest either Spanish cedar or mahogany for exterior wood corbels and wood brackets. Exterior corbels used for decoration only are available in maintenance-free polymer materials.

Shelf and countertop support wood corbels are offered with a wooden mounting bracket for easy installation. Our wood corbels and brackets come sanded and ready for staining or painting. The decorative polyurethane corbels come with a white primer finish.
